Curt Connors was once a respected scientist at Oscorp labs studying a way to integrate the regeneration ability found in reptiles into human DNA. Dealing with his own dilemma of being born with only one arm, Dr. Connors wanted to be the primary test subject for his new serum. This attempt seem successful, restoring his arm to perfect health! But, he slowly developed strange qualities, almost reptilian qualities. Eventually, Dr. Connors molted into a terrifying, blood-thirsty beast known as The Lizard!
