Ice Monger

Ice Monger- After having been being hit by a large snowplow, a man laid out unconscience in the frigid winter night having the ice fall from the sky slowly draping him in a blanket of snow causing him to die of hypothermia.
Abilities: Ice manipulation, control freezing temperatures, icicle projectiles, sharp sword-like icicle appendages, blizzard breath.
